Extrusion of Film:
High-quality HDPE granules are melted in an extruder to form a film.
Slitting and Yarn Preparation:
The film is slit into strips, stretched into strong HDPE yarns, and wound onto spools.
Fabric Knitting:
These spools are then loaded onto a circular knitting or weaving machine that produces the tarpaulin fabric.
Lamination:
The fabric is laminated on both sides using molten LDPE, making it fully waterproof and weather-resistant.
Branding and Trimming:
The laminated fabric is trimmed and printed with the required branding or product information.
Cutting & Heat Sealing:
It is then cut into custom sizes and heat-sealed at the joints to create larger panels as per customer specifications.
Edge Reinforcement:
The borders are hemmed with reinforced rope for added strength, and metal eyelets are punched along the perimeter. Corners are reinforced for durability.
Packing & Dispatch:
Finished sheets are folded into compact bales and securely packed for shipment to end users.
